Madeline will be presenting a Lecture Recital at the ninth annual international Music by Women Festival on the campus of the Mississippi University for Women. The festival features concerts of new and historic music written by women composers historically as well as in the present day.
Maddy’s topic is Finding Feminism and Flow in the Minimalist Processes of Ann Southam's Piano Music. Among the selections being referenced is Ann Southam’s Glass Houses.
